Sod/Hydroseed

Depending on your preference, timeframe, and budget, we can either lay sod or do hydroseed. Both are great options and look amazing!

Typically sod is about 3x more expensive than hydroseed, but it is fast to install and gives you a useable lawn much more quickly.

Hydroseed on the other hand, is more affordable, but takes several months to grow and really fill in. It also grows better if it’s sprayed in the spring and early summer months.

However, once the seed takes root and fills out, it looks just as nice as sod.

Whatever your preference, we can help you install it, and turn your yard into the talk of the town!

We can also mix your topsoil with manure to really get your lawn growing. It also gives your grass a deeper green color and feels more luxurious.
